We are looking for a reliable and well-organized

Office Girl

to support daily administrative and office operations in our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, preferably within the Dubai real estate sector, and be able to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve tea/coffee for staff and clients Maintain the cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry Assist with basic administrative tasks (photocopying, filing, scanning) Support agents and office staff with daily requirements Handle office supplies and pantry stock Receive and assist visitors professionally Assist during meetings, inspections, and office events when required Ensure compliance with company hygiene and office standards

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in a similar role (real estate experience is an advantage) Presentable, polite, and professional attitude Basic understanding of office operations Ability to multitask and follow instructions Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
