Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea/coffee for staff and clients
Maintain the cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry
Assist with basic administrative tasks (photocopying, filing, scanning)
Support agents and office staff with daily requirements
Handle office supplies and pantry stock
Receive and assist visitors professionally
Assist during meetings, inspections, and office events when required
Ensure compliance with company hygiene and office standards
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role (real estate experience is an advantage)
Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
Basic understanding of office operations
Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
