We are seeking an Office Girl to assist with hospitality and office maintenance while supporting administrative staff. The role requires professionalism and a welcoming attitude to ensure a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the pantry, reception, and meeting rooms.
Support office staff with light administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Assist in organizing internal office events and gatherings.
Ensure hospitality services during client and investor visits.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Well-presented, polite, and punctual.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to multitask and support team members.
