Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
Clean and maintain office areas (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
Refill supplies (tissue, soap, pantry stock, etc.) and notify admin for any shortages
Assist with filing, photocopying, and other basic office tasks when needed
Handle incoming visitors and support front desk when required
Ensure pantry and kitchen areas are clean and organized
Run small errands within or near the office as requested
Assist in setting up meeting rooms (refreshments, water, cleaning before/after use)
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Basic communication skills (English or Arabic)
Polite, respectful, and service-minded attitude
Trustworthy and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
Good hygiene and personal grooming
Punctual and reliable
