Role Overview:
We are looking for a trustworthy, polite, and hardworking
Office Lady
to support our daily office operations. The selected candidate will ensure cleanliness of the office, serve refreshments, and help maintain a tidy, welcoming environment for our team and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the reception, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms daily
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as needed
Ensure the pantry is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
Inform the supervisor when cleaning or pantry supplies are running low
Handle basic tasks like receiving documents, arranging supplies, or running small errands
Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards at all times
Maintain a respectful and helpful attitude with all staff and visitors
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Good communication in
Tagalog and English
Presentable, respectful, and dependable
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Must be available to join immediately
Must be currently based in the UAE
