Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and well-organized female Office attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, assist staff with basic tasks, and provide support for day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the office premises clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Ensure all common areas such as the pantry, conference rooms and washroom, are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.
Prepare and Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist with organizing and tidying up after meetings and events.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage office supplies and notify administration when stock is low
Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Office environment with a standard workweek.
Occasional overtime may be required.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualification is mandatory.
Prior experience in a similar role is required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Neat appearance, reliable and punctual.
Friendly and cooperative attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
What we offer:
Salary: AED 1200 -1600
