Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance
Keep office premises tidy (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms).
Regularly clean and organize kitchen/pantry areas.
Hospitality & Refreshments
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages to staff and guests.
Ensure pantry is stocked with supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, and snacks.
Administrative Support
Assist with photocopying, filing, scanning, and distributing documents.
Handle couriers, parcels, and small errands within or near the office.
Visitor Assistance
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
Provide basic information when required.
Qualifications
Secondary education or equivalent.
Prior experience in office support, cleaning, or hospitality.
Good communication skills and presentable appearance.

Time management and ability to multitask.
Basic organizational and administrative skills.
