Job Summary



Provide general office support to staff and visitors. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and pantry. Assist with refreshments, errands, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities



Cleaning & Maintenance

Keep office premises tidy (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms). Regularly clean and organize kitchen/pantry areas.

Hospitality & Refreshments

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other beverages to staff and guests. Ensure pantry is stocked with supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, and snacks.

Administrative Support

Assist with photocopying, filing, scanning, and distributing documents. Handle couriers, parcels, and small errands within or near the office.

Visitor Assistance

Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department. Provide basic information when required.

Qualifications



Secondary education or equivalent. Prior experience in office support, cleaning, or hospitality. Good communication skills and presentable appearance.

Skills Required



Attention to detail and cleanliness. Time management and ability to multitask. Basic organizational and administrative skills. Polite, professional demeanor with good etiquette.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
