We\'re looking for an experienced, well-spoken with excellent customer service skills Office Girl to join the Taqeef team based in Ajman Branch. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in hospitality, customer care or frontline roles. You will be responsible to provide customer service and hospitality to internal and external customers. Key Accountabilities: - Handle the reception request, e.g. calls, walk-in customers, refreshments - Prepare and serve drinks and refreshments for visitors. - Collect and distribute couriers or parcels among employees and sort out the paperwork. - Complete essential clerical duties, e.g., filing, binding, photocopying, and scanning when required. - Keep the meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, glassware and breakout rooms in a neat and clean condition. - Regularly check meeting rooms to serve beverages or to reinstate the place to its original condition. - Maintain the highest personal hygiene standards. Required Qualifications: - High school or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality - Previous experience in an office environment is an advantage - Presentable and neat - Ability to read and write - Good communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to customer enquiries - Ability to perform copying, printing, and binding Interested candidate should upload an updated resume with a recent photo.
