JJob Summary:


The Office Girl is responsible for supporting daily office operations by handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff to ensure a smooth and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors Keep the office clean and well-organized (desks, pantry, meeting rooms) Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation Assist with office errands and messenger duties when required Manage office supplies and report shortages Support administrative staff with simple tasks Ensure hygiene standards are maintained in office areas

Requirements & Qualifications:



Basic literacy and communication skills Polite, well-mannered, and presentable Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently Physically fit to perform daily office duties Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
