We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Office Girl

with

4-5 years of experience

to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff, and providing excellent service to guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities



Serve guests , including offering tea, coffee, and refreshments. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including reception, meeting rooms, and pantry. Prepare and set up meeting rooms before guest or client visits. Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document sorting. Manage office supplies, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment. Perform errands inside and outside the office (mailing, delivering documents, etc.). Ensure reception and common areas are tidy, presentable, and guest-ready at all times. Assist staff with routine tasks and provide general office support.

Requirements



4-5 years of experience

in office support, hospitality, or a similar role. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
