Job Description

MAIN JOB TASKS AND BESPORSIBILITIES



- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the office premises, including work areas, meeting rooms, kitchen, toilets, and common areas.

- Ensure proper arrangement of kitchen supplies in the office for optimal use.

- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing packages and courier, assist in sending and receiving documents.

- Assist office staff and executives, including making photocopies and scanning documents.

- Assist in setting up, meeting area and rearrange chairs and provide the necessary materials.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pantry items.

- Report any maintenance issues or security concerns promptly to the HR & administration team.

- Complete office tasks like buying things, taking documents to other offices, and getting supplies.

- Collect and dispose of trash.

- Assist guests with hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:

* office aide: 3 years (Preferred)
