This role is essential to ensuring smooth and timely movement of staff, documents, and other essential items, contributing to the efficient functioning of our operations.



As an Office Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting employees to meetings, appointments, and other official destinations within the city. You will also be in charge of picking up and delivering documents, packages, and other office-related materials between our office and external partners or government departments. It is vital to maintain the vehicle in good working condition by scheduling regular maintenance, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring cleanliness at all times.



The role demands excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps. Punctuality, professionalism, and a courteous attitude are crucial as you will often represent the company during client visits and external errands. You must also handle confidential documents with discretion and ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.



To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid UAE driving license and have a proven track record of safe driving. Prior experience as an office driver within a corporate or consultancy setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a trustworthy, dependable nature will help you excel in this role.
