Role Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to provide transportation services for the asset (Mall of Oman), its employees, and guests. The primary purpose of an office driver is to ensure safe and reliable transportation while fulfilling various responsibilities related to the organization's transportation needs while maintaining a proper up-keep of the company's cars.

Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Company vehicle upkeep and maintenance through ensuring the vehicles are in good working condition, conduct routine maintenance and repairs. 2. Collection and drop-off of cheques, contracts, letters etc, to and from tenants, partners, government establishments, employees etc as and when required by the business. 3. Providing transportation service to company employees and guests as per the requirements of the business. 4. Assisting company GRO in performing government related duties as and when required by the business. 5. Drop-off of company cheques to financial service providers as and when required by the business. 6. Maintain Centralised tracking of all GRO transactions related government relations. 7. Coordinates submission of required filings to local statutory authorities. 8. Providing administrative support to other functions as and when it is required.
