: 2-3 years UAE experience (Real Estate preferred)
Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and enthusiastic Office Clerk to support day-to-day office operations, including documentation, sales support, accounts assistance, and email management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle office documentation and filing efficiently.
Support sales and accounts teams with contracts, invoices, and reports.
Manage emails and correspondence professionally.
Prepare Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Assist management with general admin tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
2-3 years UAE experience; Real Estate experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Background Experience in real estate development, property management, or construction, Familiarity with DLD, RERA processes.
Salary Range AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month, based on experience and skill level.
