Basic Computer Knowledge needed

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, files, and documents
Prepare letters, reports, forms, and other documents as instructed
Update databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems accurately
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Support supervisors and staff with administrative and clerical tasks
