We Are Hiring - Office Clerk (Garage Experience Required)



Location:

Dubai

Job Responsibilities:



Create and manage

job cards

for all repair work. Take

before-and-after photos

of vehicles for documentation. Assist the accountant with

invoices, data entry, and filing

. Prepare and organize

documents

related to vehicle repairs and business operations. Communicate effectively with

customers

, understand their requirements, and provide assistance.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a garage or automotive workshop

is a must. Proficiency in

English and Arabic

(spoken & written). Strong communication and

customer service skills

. Basic knowledge of

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

. Familiarity with automotive terms and repair processes. Responsible, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:



Competitive salary based on experience. Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Garage work: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:

English (Preferred) * Arabic (Preferred)
