Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Office Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our office premises. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent time management skills. The Office Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a sanitary and inviting work environment for employees and visitors alike. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: * Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic office environment, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
  • Waste Management: Empty and clean trash containers regularly, ensuring proper disposal and recycling of waste materials in accordance with company guidelines and local regulations.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, and floors. Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
  • Surface Cleaning: Wipe and disinfect surfaces, such as desks, tables, chairs, and countertops, using appropriate cleaning agents to maintain a clean and germ-free workspace.
  • Kitchen and Breakroom Care: Clean and organize the kitchen and breakroom areas, including countertops, appliances, sinks, and refrigerators. Restock kitchen supplies, such as coffee, tea, and snacks, as required.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed, ensuring an adequate stock is maintained.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects, such as carpet cleaning, furniture polishing, or window washing, as required.
  • Safety and Security: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors at all times.
