Maintain cleanliness of the entire office, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and washrooms.
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and garbage disposal.
Ensure all office areas are hygienic and well-organized at all times.
Refill and maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
Clean and sanitize pantry area and handle basic pantry duties.
Serve tea, coffee, or water to staff and visitors whenever required.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after internal or client meetings.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the administration team.
Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an office cleaner or in a similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of cleaning supplies, hygiene, and safety practices.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Good attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.
Willingness to occasionally assist with serving tea/coffee.
