To ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment by handling cleaning tasks, serving refreshments, and supporting basic clerical duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:Cleaning & Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including floors, furniture, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Empty trash bins and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
Perform minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, fixing basic issues, etc.).
Office Support:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and guests.
Ensure the pantry and kitchen areas are kept clean and organized.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing office supplies.
Run errands such as photocopying, filing, or delivering documents within the office.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Good hygiene and grooming standards.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.
Friendly and respectful attitude toward staff and visitors.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site position.
May require flexibility in working hours depending on office needs.
