Job Vacancy: Office Boy (Cleaning & Office Support)Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. This role involves comprehensive cleaning--including daily washroom sanitation--and providing administrative and hospitality support to staff and guests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Washroom & Sanitation (High Priority)

Deep Cleaning:

Sanitize and scrub toilets, urinals, and sinks multiple times daily to maintain peak hygiene.

Surface Maintenance:

Clean mirrors, fixtures, and partition walls; mop washroom floors with disinfectant daily.

Restocking:

Monitor and refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, hand towels, and air fresheners.

Waste Management:

Empty all washroom trash bins and replace liners as needed.

2. General Office Cleaning

Floors & Dusting:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum all office areas, including hallways and workstations.

Surfaces:

Dust and wipe desks, chairs, shelves, computers, and office equipment.

Glasswork:

Clean and polish glass doors, windows, and partitions.

Pantry/Kitchen:

Maintain cleanliness in the pantry, including washing communal dishes and cleaning appliances like the refrigerator and microwave.

3. Office Support & Hospitality

Refreshment Services:

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

Meeting Room Setup:

Arrange chairs and tables for meetings; ensure rooms are tidy before and after sessions.

Clerical Assistance:

Assist with basic tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail distribution.

Inventory Tracking:

Monitor pantry and cleaning supplies and report shortages for restocking.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience as an office cleaner, office boy, or in a similar hospitality role is highly preferred. Freshers can also apply

Skills:

Basic communication skills in English; ability to follow specific hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Attributes:

Punctual, physically fit (able to lift and stand for long periods), and well-groomed.

Proactivity:

Ability to identify and report maintenance issues (leaks, broken fixtures) immediately.
