Ensure all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms, are clean and well-maintained.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily.
Dispose of garbage properly and maintain cleanliness of waste bins.
Refill pantry and restroom supplies such as tissue, handwash, and drinking water.
2. Office Support
Serve beverages and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Support administrative staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery as needed.
Handle small errands such as mailing, bank deposits, and internal document distribution.
3. Pantry Management
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the pantry.
Ensure pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, water, etc.) is replenished in a timely manner.
4. General Assistance
Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries and office supplies.
Report any maintenance or repair needs (AC, lighting, furniture, etc.) to the admin team.
Support the team during company events or activities when required.
5. Conduct & Compliance
Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards of the company.
Respect confidentiality and adhere to company policies and work ethics.
