Job Description

We're Hiring:
#Office_Girl & #Office_Boy
- Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
- Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Duties and Responsibilities:



o Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the office premises, including work areas, meeting rooms, kitchen, toilets, and common areas.

o Ensure proper arrangement of kitchen supplies in the office for optimal use.

o Assist in handling incoming and outgoing packages and courier, assist in sending and receiving documents.

o Assist office staff and executives, including making photocopies and scanning documents.

o Assist in setting up, meeting area and rearrange chairs and provide the necessary materials.

o Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pantry items.

o Report any maintenance issues or security concerns promptly to the HR & administration team.

o Complete office tasks like buying things, taking documents to other offices, and getting supplies.

o Collect and dispose of trash.

o Assist guests with hospitality.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:



o High school degree.

o Previous working experience as an office boy/girl or relevant position.

o Excellent organizational and time management skills.

o Ability to communicate verbally.

o Attention to details.

o Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, and standing for extended periods.

o Understanding of office operations and safety procedures.

o Flexibility.
