Job description:
Clean the premises at the start of the day.
Welcoming visitors and provide directions (to concerned person) or other assistance
Preparing coffee and tea for Staff & Visitors.
Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the concerned person.
Assisting staff in a wide range of office duties as requested.
Make sure the premises is clean at all times.
Responsible for the maintenance of tables, chairs, shelves, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning.
Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
