To ensure the maintenance, arrangements, and organizing of the office.
Duties & Tasks:
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the office.
Manage office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
Oversee the office equipment by monitoring equipment operation, performing basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with the maintenance of the equipment.
Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, water to guests and staff.
Assist management personnel in wide variety of workplace responsibilities.
Support the administrative staff in performing their duties.
Deliver facsimiles and transmitting them, if required and assist in filing.
Deal with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Ensures compliance to systems, processes and procedures.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to Admin Officer.
