Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Clean and maintain office areas, including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Handle delivery and collection of documents, parcels, or office supplies within or outside the office premises.
Replenish pantry supplies and monitor stock levels.
Support staff with minor errands, such as organizing meeting rooms or arranging refreshments.
Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the office.
Follow daily work schedules and instructions from the Admin/Office Manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
Basic understanding of English or Arabic.
Presentable and courteous behavior.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
Valid UAE residency or transferable visa.
