Office Boy/Office Assistant
to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, welcoming guests, managing the pantry, and handling minor procurement tasks. A courteous attitude and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including meeting rooms, workstations, pantry, and restrooms
Serve beverages (coffee, tea, water) to staff and guests in a timely and professional manner
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
Ensure the pantry is stocked and clean at all times
Assist with the procurement of office and pantry supplies
Handle basic clerical duties as needed (e.g., photocopying, filing, organizing supplies)
Support office staff with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Admin or HR team
Ensure hygiene standards are upheld throughout the office
Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and courteous attitude
Basic understanding of hygiene, office etiquette, and guest service
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
