JJob Title: Office Boy ( below 26 years old )

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Clean and maintain office areas, including pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations.
Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the office.
Assisting with office clerical duties including filing and photocopying.
Handle delivery and collection of documents, parcels, or office supplies within or outside the office premises.
Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material.
Support staff with minor errands, such as organizing meeting rooms and arranging office events or functions.
Assist staff with minor administrative tasks as requested.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Basic understanding of office procedures and protocols
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy
Skills:

Basic computer skills
Organization
Attention to detail
Physical stamina
