We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Boy/Girl. The Office Boy/Girl will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with various tasks as needed. Responsibilities:
Perform general office cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy workspace
Assist in preparing and serving refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies or other necessities
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and coordinating events
Perform basic clerical tasks, including photocopying and filing
Monitor and replenish office supplies
Assist in managing office equipment and coordinating maintenance
Support other team members with miscellaneous tasks as required

Requirements:
Previous experience as an Office Boy/Girl or in a similar role is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Basic computer skills for performing clerical tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
