At least 1-2 years previous UAE experience is required.
Office Maintenance:
Keep the office premises clean and organized, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common areas, meeting rooms, kitchenettes, restrooms, and the pantry.
Administrative Support:
Assist office staff with photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and managing minor record-keeping tasks.
Meetings and Events:
Set up meeting rooms, arrange chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment, and assist in preparing refreshments for meetings and office events.
Mail and Deliveries:
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents within and outside the office.
Errands and Supplies:
Purchase office supplies, handle minor errands, monitor inventory, and help restock stationary, pantry items, and toiletries.
Visitor Assistance:
Serve beverages and refreshments, greet visitors, and provide general assistance as needed.
