We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team in Sharjah. The Office Boy will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff with basic administrative and clerical tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as required.
Handle errands such as purchasing office supplies and delivering documents within and outside the office.
Ensure pantry is well-stocked and maintained.
Support staff in moving office items, arranging meeting rooms, and setting up for events or meetings.
Perform basic messenger duties, such as going to the post office or bank when needed.
Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the administration.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Office Boy, Cleaner, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Polite, presentable, and well-mannered.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
Willingness to work in a team and provide general support across departments.
Physically fit to handle minor lifting and moving tasks.
Driving License mandatory

Competitive salary: AED 1,500 - 2,000 (depending on experience).
