We are seeking a reliable and well-mannered Office Boy cum Office Driver to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness and assisting with clerical tasks, as well as safely transporting staff to and from designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:
As Office Boy:
Prepare and serve beverages such as tea and coffee to staff and guests.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry, kitchen, and common office areas.
Assist in organizing and managing office stationery and supplies.
Handle the internal distribution and filing of documents.
As Office Driver:
Pick up and drop off staff members from/to assigned locations on time.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
Abide by all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record.
Assist in collecting or delivering documents and parcels as required.
Notify the office of any vehicle maintenance or repair needs.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of office etiquette and hospitality.
Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.
Must be hygienic, well-groomed, and presentable.
Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work under minimal supervision.
