Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all office areas (desks, floors, meeting rooms, pantries, washrooms).
Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked (toiletries), and hygienic.
Dispose of garbage and waste properly.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and office furniture.
Office Support
:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, toiletries).
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with basic admin tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing).
Set up and clear meeting rooms.
General Duties
:
Greet guests and visitors.
Report maintenance issues.
Water plants and maintain indoor plants.
Requirements
Experience in cleaning or office support roles.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
Good communication (Basic English) and interpersonal skills.
Polite, trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
