Job Summary:

The Office Boy will be responsible for supporting daily office operations and ensuring cleanliness, hospitality, and basic administrative assistance. He will assist staff in routine tasks, handle refreshments, maintain office supplies, and support the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations. Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors. Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office. Handle basic errands such as collecting documents, distributing mail, and supporting site/office staff when required. Ensure pantry supplies (water, tea, coffee, etc.) are stocked and properly maintained. Support admin and HR teams with simple office-related tasks. Coordinate with drivers, messengers, and other support staff for daily requirements. Assist in moving files, furniture, and minor logistics support for meetings or site requirements. Follow company safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Boy, preferably in a construction or contracting company in the UAE. Knowledge of office support tasks and hospitality. Basic communication skills (English - spoken, reading preferred; Arabic is a plus). Presentable, punctual, and disciplined. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
