Title: Office Boy / Cleaner Location: Dubai Investments Park 2 Job Type: Full-time : We are seeking a highly motivated Office Boy / Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our office premises clean and tidy and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office cleaning and be willing to take on a variety of tasks. Since neither office boy tasks nor cleaning tasks take the whole day, your time will be split between the two roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the office premises clean and tidy at all times, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Clean and disinfect toilets, kitchen, and other common areas
- Assist with stocking and maintaining the inventory of office supplies
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with mail distribution and other administrative tasks as needed
- Greet guests and make their experience as hospitable as possible
- Prepare tea/coffee for guests and/or employees
- Light bukhoor / incense to create pleasant scents across the office
- Run errands as required
- Previous experience as an Office Boy / Cleaner
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
