To support the daily operations of the office by ensuring cleanliness, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing general support to office staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, meeting rooms.
Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) for staff and guests.
Assist in the distribution of documents, internal mail, invoices, and correspondence within departments.
Support office staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Ensure office supplies, kitchen items, and cleaning materials are stocked and replenished.
Assist with meeting room setups before and after meetings (arranging chairs, equipment, refreshments).
Dispose of waste and ensure proper hygiene in the pantry and other common areas.
Comply with health and safety standards at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the responsible personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Proven experience in office support or housekeeping roles (automotive industry experience is a plus)
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
Basic communication skills in English or Arabic
Good personal hygiene and presentable appearance
