The Office lady is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This role ensures the office environment is clean, organized, and running smoothly, providing support to staff and visitors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve refreshments such as tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Clean and maintain office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, and kitchen.
Handle office errands such as document filing, photocopying, scanning, and delivery of internal documents.
Assist in organizing meeting rooms before and after use.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Support the administrative team with basic clerical duties.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas such as restrooms and pantry.
Assist in setting up equipment or materials for meetings or presentations.
Run local errands as required by the management.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
