Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office assistant and Government Documents Specialist to manage our office and all key government documents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, complying with government regulations, and managing the daily operations of the office. The candidate must be detail oriented, highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Duties:

- Manage office operations, including managing staff schedules and maintaining office equipment.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including managing the retention and destruction of records and other related documents.

- Maintain records of all business transactions and financial records.

- Prepare reports, forms and other documents required by government agencies.

- Maintain accurate records of all licenses, permits and certificates required for the business.

- Coordinate with legal counsel and outside consultants as necessary.

- Prepare and submit regulatory forms and applications.

- Assist in the organization of office events and functions.

- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.

- Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and typing documents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, public administration, or related field.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an office manager or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and good time management.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
