Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Female Office Assistant to perform a variety of Entry Level Accounting, Administrative and Clerical tasks.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining accounting records on a daily basis and processing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Strong support to the Office Manager with the daily office needs and managing the company\xe2\x80\x99s general administrative activities.
  • Answers telephones, routes callers, takes messages and provides general information
  • Greeting visitors and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing courier shipments.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, and drafting.
  • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
