Office Assistant

Philippines

Key Responsibilities:



Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents Manage office supplies and place orders when needed Handle email correspondence and incoming calls professionally Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate with other departments for seamless office operations Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Support team members and management in day-to-day tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
