We are currently hiring a young and motivated Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks at our real estate office in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Organize and maintain company files and documents
- Assist with general office duties and coordination
- Provide support to management and staff as needed
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Organized, punctual, and willing to learn
