DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for an Office Assistant in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Provide administrative support in the office
  • Conduct front-desk activities including sorting and distribute daily mail or any other correspondence
  • Respond to phone calls in a professional manner and provide information to callers
  • Make sure customers\' requests are attended to in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of details of customer complaints, inquiries as well as comments
  • Keep up a clean office environment
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or any related course
  • The applicant must have at least 1+ years of experience working as an office assistant or any related position
  • Must be a team-player with the ability to work independently
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
  • Ability to communicate well at all times
