Must complete Grade 12 . At least 2 years of office work experience in Legal Department or in Law firm . Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam) . Ability to work independently and with high degree of self-checking and direction . WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY Job Responsibilities . Managing filing system manually . Performing general office clerk duties . Maintaining supply inventory. . Aiding with client reception and the other staff as needed . Helping organize and maintain office common areas . Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor . Clean office kitchen on daily basis . Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material . Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
