.We are looking for a
dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant (Kyrgyzstani National)
to join our team in Dubai and supportdaily operations
.Key Responsibilities
Provide
administrative and clerical support
to ensure smooth office operations. Managefiling systems (digital and physical)
for contracts, invoices, and compliance-related documents. Assist in preparingbusiness correspondence, reports, and presentations
. Handleincoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
. Supportlogistics documentation for shipments
and coordination with suppliers/customers. Assist inscheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office calendar management
. Coordinate withcompliance and operations teams
on documentation related toprecious metals and mineral trading
. Performgeneral office duties
such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing supplies. Providead-hoc support to management and colleagues
as required.Qualifications & Skills
Must be a
Kyrgyzstani National
currently based inDubai
or willing to relocate.Bachelor's degree or diploma
in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience inadministration/office support
(experience intrading, logistics, or financial services
is an advantage). Strong communication skills inEnglish and Russian
(knowledge ofKyrgyz or Arabic
is an advantage). Proficient inMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.Highly organized, detail-oriented
, and able to multitask in afast-paced environment
.Discretion
in handlingconfidential company and client information
