We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Assistant with strong communication skills to support daily office activities and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will assist staff, handle administrative tasks, and maintain a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with daily administrative and office tasks Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries professionally Support scheduling, meetings, and office coordination Maintain files, records, and office documentation Assist management and staff with routine office support Ensure office supplies are organized and replenished Greet visitors and maintain front desk professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills (MS Office, email) Professional attitude and willingness to learn Previous office experience is an advantage
