Office Assistant
to join its operations team in
Dubai
. This role is ideal for candidates who can provide strong administrative support and contribute to the smooth daily functioning of a fast-paced logistics and relocation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination professionally.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks when required.
Support scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups with clients and vendors.
Ensure office supplies are well stocked and managed efficiently.
Assist other departments with routine tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage.
Previous experience as an office assistant or in an administrative role preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
