Job Responsibilities:
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Manage incoming and outgoing documents
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Support staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
Handle office supplies and ensure stocks are maintained
Run small errands inside/outside the office when required
Assist visitors and provide general support to the team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle tasks efficiently and follow instructions
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
