Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
Coordinate with internal departments to support daily showroom operations
Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
Provide refreshments and ensure a pleasant guest experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
