Job Description

Key responsibilities

Office cleanliness and maintenance:

Keeping the office, meeting rooms, washrooms and pantry clean and tidy. This includes dusting, cleaning, and ensuring a hygienic environment.

Supply management:

Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items like tea, coffee, and sugar.

Errands and deliveries:

Handling both indoor and outdoor errands, such as delivering documents, mail, and couriers.

Hospitality:

Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to clients and visitors.

Task management:

Prioritizing tasks and completing them efficiently, often with a focus on deadlines.

Professionalism:

Maintaining a neat appearance and professional demeanor while interacting with staff and visitors.
Qualifications and skills

Experience:

Some positions may require 1-2 years of experience as an office boy. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic communication skills for interacting with others. Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing and walking for extended periods.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
