Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the office, pantry, and meeting rooms to ensure a neat and hygienic environment
Make sure all office areas are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
Ensure pantry, stationery, and cleaning supplies are well-stocked and up to date
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and deliveries
Dispose of waste properly and ensure all work areas remain clutter-free
Support the administrative team with daily operational needs and errands
Follow company standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Basic communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
