Sales Support Assistant

to join our team.

Job Summary:


The Sales Support Assistant will be responsible for providing essential support to the sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations related to property sales and leasing. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, ideally from the hotel or hospitality industry, and be based in Dubai. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with administrative and clerical duties, including preparing reports, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate client meetings and ensure all documentation is prepared for property showings, sales, or leasing discussions. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely client information, property listings, and sales activities. Provide customer service to prospective clients by answering inquiries, following up on leads, and scheduling viewings. Assist in the preparation of property sales and leasing contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Process client requests and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle. Support in tracking sales targets, preparing sales forecasts, and compiling performance reports. Organise and maintain sales materials and collateral for the sales team. Assist with market research to identify trends and opportunities in the property sector. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required by the sales team and management.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the hotel or hospitality industry. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of initiative. Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
