. The selected candidates will support daily office operations, assist interdepartmental coordination, and ensure smooth handling of routine administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inter-office communication
Assist with preparation of quotations, invoices, and maintaining records
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams
Monitor and manage office supplies
Maintain both digital and hard-copy documentation
Requirements:
Freshers with an accounting/commerce background are welcome to apply
1 year of admin experience in the GCC is preferred, but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
Ability to multitask and work independently
Languages:
English & Hindi (Required), Arabic (Preferred)
UAE driving license
is an advantage, not a requirement
